This is our journey how we arrived at Riverside Gardens.
My wife and I were thinking seriously of relocating to the Hutt Valley, and when we were visiting at Easter last year just happened on the Show Home in High Street. We were really impressed with the whole package, and Linette gave us brochures to take home to Hastings, we thought long and hard for a few days then rang Linette and went conditional, put our house on the market, it sold at the first open home.  We then went unconditional and waited patiently for the big day to arrive, it finally did. And here we in Riverside Gardens almost back where we both started from all those years ago in the Valley
Close to transport Lower Hutt & Wellington, living in a two bedroom house with all the bells & whistles. This is not just a place to live but a chance to be part of a new community, putting all the past
history of Farmer Crescent where it belongs.

Nilesh & Sunaina - Purchased a 'Pukeko'

After months of searching the internet and attending open homes, these first home buyers came to the realisation that what they needed was a new home. With a budget up to $400k the likelihood of finding their perfect home, insulated, warm and relatively maintenance free, had become impossible.  Sunaina “didn’t want to compromise” and next came the research into buying a section and building new.  As first home buyers they just did not have the capital to fund this project – progressive payments, strict lending criteria and allowance for budget over runs put this option out of reach.  Where to now? Riverside Gardens!! Here at last they found a new development where they were able to choose a house plan suitable to their lifestyle and budget.  Securing finance was so much easier as the ‘turnkey” homes require a deposit to confirm the contract and a final payment when they take possession.  They are so excited to be moving to their new home in 2015.  Even happier that they have been able to add extras and choose colours – ensuring they end up with exactly what they wished for.
