About the Development

Riverside Gardens is a new subdivision on flat land, located in the northern part of Hutt City, adjacent to the Hutt River.  Stages 1 to 5 provided 135 brand new homes to the area, which are now all fully sold.

A variety of house types have been specifically designed to work with each individual Lot and positioned to complement each other and provide variety to give the development its own unique character. 

This development has been planned with the intentional outcome of creating a community which owners will be proud to call home.
